跟誰碰上要講緣份，跟誰做朋友更要講緣份。
我的老友中有我小學的同學：二年級開始認識至今，不是經常見，但是，她很熱心，給我寄來山珍海味，我老是說這裡也可以買得到的。她說：「不一樣的。」
對，從二年級釀至現在的老酒，一開瓶，味道自然不一樣。
我的老友中也有中學的同學：我經常打電話跟對方聊天。她常說：「我不覺得你去了外國，只覺得你只是搬了去銅鑼灣。」
我的老友中也有舊同事：我剛來這裡時沒工作。對方來公幹，順道來看我。我坐了機場巴士去接她回家住幾天。她離開，我又坐機場巴士送她。她入閘時，塞了幾十元美金給我，說：「我不知機場巴士這麼貴的。」
我覺得自己很幸運，能有這麼多好朋友。

那幾十美金令我想起美國一個朋友，一家四口來我們這住了兩個禮拜，送她走的時侯突然塞我一封大利是，吓？
我現在常常和孜爸提起你們的生活，好像readandeat真的就是你的名字一樣。
Long time ago, when I was a student, a friend of mine came visit. I “picked” him up at JFK by taking the airport subway and we took public transportation back to my place. We took the bus and subway and we even stopped by a bar some where in Jamaica in the middle of the night. It was pretty wild. Now I wonder what’s the point of picking him up the way I did, public transportation all the way. It was just crazy. I rented a basement in Flushing so he and I could crash for two weeks the time he stayed here. We went to MK and Palladium . . . and we didn’t get bounced, so we were actually pretty cool by club standard.
