織織復織織，
師奶當戶織……
忽然想學編織，在圖書館借了一本基本編織法的書，回來細細研究，得出的結論是：不要看了，動手最實際。打定主意，決定給小朋友織一條圍巾。
於是，買了兩卷毛線回家，一卷是淡紫色，一卷是淡粉紅色，兩根毛線當一根織，出來的效果蠻好的。
從星期五晚開始織，織到半夜一點才去睡，星期六再努力織了半天，終於在星期六晚上十時織好了。
怎知小朋友說：「我要純粉紅色的圍巾。」

佢本本不肯戴的，上學時給同學仔見到書包中的圍巾，個個大讚，啲同學仔問佢可否叫我一人織一條﹗﹗佢放學時馬上戴著回家。

Hongkie: I guess you won’t be going to the photoplus in NYC or will you? She is totally emboldened after receiving an avalanche of complements from her daughter’s classmates. She is going to knit a cap, a vest, a cardigan, a turtleneck, a pair of gloves, you name it she’s making it ….
Better stay on topic or else get banned.
Nice scarf, it’s at once warm and heartwarming. Better than anything you can get from Saks.

lcl, unfortunately no. i’m not going to photoplus but a bunch of my colleagues are. most of them are flying there today to get things ready. we’re sponsoring a big party & have a booth at the show. should be fun!
ok, right. stay on topic. too bad r&e & i live on the opposite sides of the country. i think we two should start a knitting club to keep each other encouraged to keep knitting. i’m still working on a dinosaur toy for my kid. it’s actually a small project but it’s taken me a long time because i have a very busy few weeks at work & always feel so tired when i get home

I think I just enjoy talking here with Hongkie … Ah nice blog here, nice free space. I don’t even like my own space over there. Yeah you better stay in headquarters, let them travel and do all the heavy lifting. (Man, I hate my hp notebook, the e key just keeps getting stuck, vry bad hp notbook, if you don’t see an e just fill it in yourself mentally). I think I might go, depending on my schedule, actually my kids’ schdul, that is. Married man, what can I tll you?
Well keep baking, kep knitting, and oh kep building your Jurassic Park. Tll you what, I still using my old stov, I gav up finding a nw stove. Too poor to gt a dcent one. Sad.

r&e, sorry for using your space for our conversation. we’re taking advantage of the fact that you’re busy & don’t have time to kick us out 
lcl, hahaha! your comments made my day! i’m laughing at my cube & my colleagues are wondering what’s the crazy Chinese lady doing!
too bad i can’t offer you any 着數 if you go to photoplus. our company is not giving out any souvenirs or stuff except for discount for a website. we do have a raffle that if you just let us have your email, you can get a chance to win a free website. so look for our “booth babes” 
not to be too boastful, but our company do make the best websites in the industry.
about the stove. we’ve been enjoying ours but i’ve not been too happy about the hood. it’s not powerful enough. my husband wants the look of a sleek European design but forgot his wife likes to cook Chinese. oh well, i guess one can’t have everything. i’ll just live with it.

Man, I didn’t know I totally gave myself out that I am there for the freebies. I thought I am pretty well disguised as a high minded fine art photographer who is in it for the arts and arts only…. Anyway you are right on I am just there for the freebies, mostly free film I guess.
It’s okay, I don’t expect anything from you other than some friendly, thought provoking, life altering conversations. If I go I will check out the booth babes–your word not mine, there.
The hood, I am quite happy with mine, PacAir, got pretty good suction. Aesthetics wise, I don’t think it’s all that bad either, but that’s coming from me, so you have to take it with a grain of salt. I was hoping the Fed can offer cash for stove, alas, they didn’t care about the stove manufacturers or guys like me.
Never mind r&e, she is too busy knitting wool cap now. I totally take control of this space from now on, ha ha ha ha ha.

#17, thank you you enjoy the interaction–again, I shameless assume the interaction you talked about involves me, you know it’s always about me. Don’t don’t comment because of me, because I would feel terribly bad about myself unless you want to make me feel bad about myself, which I already am …
Anyway, I finally know, it’s know not guess, why r&e wants to knit, because she doesn’t want to be a 嫦娥 anymore.

嫦娥? It’s well over mid-autumn, i thought she’s back in the moon already, oh! perhaps she’s staying with r&e for the halloween party this year. didn’t know knitting’s a way to exorcise 嫦娥 :p

hongke: i heard you loud and clear. i have 2 boys too. it’s cool. but i guess you would be a bit lonely, only woman in the house. But boys love mom. I didn’t mind to have a girl but I guess it’s not meant to be.
c9 is cool, like I said before a hand knitted scarf is really at once warm and heartwarming. I couldn’t think of any gift to your kid that is loaded with that much love. And the fact that c9 is going to knit another pure pink one just because she likes that color better. I think that’s very much 慈母手中線 kind of thing … I am going to cry now. So bye for now.
